How to make an appointment / Cancellation Policy
To make an appointment can be done through the Fresha online system. When making an appointment , you will have to provide the system with your bank details to secure your appointment. Please note, no fees or charges will be taken from the account at this time, it is purely for security of your appointment. You can cancel or reschedule an appointment at least 48 hours before the procedure in the Fresha system. If you are to cancel or reschedule an appointment less than 48 hours in advance, the system will charge 30% of the amount of the booked service from your bank card. Please note, these terms and conditions are non negotiable.
What if I am late?
Please update me if you are running late to your appointment. 15 minutes lateness without communication, appointment will be cancelled and cancellation fee will be deducted from the card on the file that you have provided. Please note, these terms and conditions are non negotiable.
What if I didn’t show up to my appointment?
If you do not show up to your appointment without any communication, 100% of the service amount will be charged. Please note, all fees charged will be deducted from the card on file that you have provided. When making the booking you agree to these terms and conditions. Please be sure to read before confirming your appointment to avoid any confusion.
Can I bring my pet with me to the appointment?
As much as we love animals. We won’t allow pets into the studio for hygiene purposes.
Social media image consent
If you do not consent to images of you being uploaded on the social media accounts by Euro Style Beauty Studio, it is your responsibility to inform us during the appointment.
Allergic reaction
Euro Style Beauty Studio is not under any circumstances responsible for any allergic and/or adverse reactions to products and method used. Products and ingredient information are available upon request.
Can I bring an extra person to keep me company during my appointment?
We DO NOT accept clients accompanied by husbands, children, girlfriends or other relatives, as well as animals, without prior agreement with us.
Punctuality and Respect
Please do not attend more than 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time or you will be asked kindly to wait outside or in your car. If you are running late, please notify us immediately with your estimated time of arrival. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, this may result in your service been modified for cancelled. If you do not attend your appointment without an explanation, this may result in your being unable to book an appointment with the Euro Style Beauty Studio indefinitely. Any client who disrespects anyone at the premises will be asked to leave and will result in the inability to book an appointment indefinitely

E-file manicure is also known as hardware, combined or Russian manicure. In an E-file manicure we use special highly professional techniques and tools when working with cuticles. By using special manicure bits nail tech removes an excess skin surrounding the nail plate and cuticle. As a result of this you get an excellent result in the form of perfectly clean and tidy nails. Once you try this type of manicure, you will feel the difference and know that cuticles can be trimmed easily and safely. Especially if you have problematic cuticles. In addition, the E-file manicure uses a nail plate alignment technique to make your nails smoother and with a natural, neat shape. On average, gel polish on natural nails lasts up to 4 weeks for most clients. Only qualified E-file nail technicians provide this type of service.
So essentially SNS is acrylic powder (it is in fact a BRAND, not a product. SNS is actually an acrylic powder (it's a BRAND name, not a product name). Unfortunately, so many nail salons claim that SNS is very beneficial for your nails as it contains beneficial vitamins and calcium. In fact, it contains 0.0039% vitamin E, and since your nails are made of KERATIN, not calcium, the calcium ingredient is simply useless). Many nail salons simply use SNS because of the minimum amount of product needed, which saves the salon a lot of money. SNS also has a superglue in it (they call it Sealant, but its chemical ingredients are basically the same as superglue). Also, when applying SNS, each client dips their fingers into the same jar of powder! And it is an ideal breeding ground for bacteria and fungi. Like most qualified E-File technicians , we do not offer and will never offer SNS service The health of your nails is our number one priority.

If you came to the appointment and I found an infection on your nails, or I have serious doubts about the health of your nails, I reserve the right to refuse to provide you with the service, while the payment for the service will be deducted in full, since the spot you was already taken and we will not be able to replace it with another client. Please make sure you understand and agree to the terms and conditions of the studio before confirming your visit in order to avoid misunderstandings in the future.
